RV Parking around War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock

I know there was a thread earlier that asked if there were any RV spots around the stadium, but I don't see it anymore and I don't believe it had any details. Is it reserved spots only? If not, when do you need to be there to get a spot?

I would get there Wednesday and it is on the press box side of the stadium.
