In fact, I think Arkansas probably has the most dominant record against Teas A&M since the 1960s of any team you've played.

Probably. But much like K-State's dominance over tu, it is somewhat moot. You're such an inferior opponent in the grand scheme, with your inability to every win a championship being your fatal flaw, it doesn't really matter.

For the most part I would agree, A&M being the exception. A&M is a completely different school than it was 35 years ago. More so than any other land grant university in the country, I would believe. And I don't take pride in stuff I don't remember. In my sports consciousness, the Aggie vs Pig rivalry is 3 games young. You got lucky in two of em. Won't happen in the future

You couldn't even get to Fayetteville 35 years ago without falling off the mountain side on the way up or down.

Texas A&M is the same Texas A&M it was 35 years ago. Actually, no it isn't. In late 70's Texas A&M was actually pretty damn good unlike the case now.

Texas A&M always put tons of Pro's in the league and we are talking 60's to present. However, it never seemed to make a difference in the record.

Come on now. They're better than Arkansas, they just never beat Arkansas.

I thought this was a football dominated board? When did we switch to academic diversity among students?

My uncle, who was an all-american, multiple national title winning tackle, who blocked for Billy Simms, told me about his recruitment.

In those days you could commit to one team per conference for a period. When he was deciding which SWC team he wanted to commit to, he chose Arkansas, A&M was completely eliminated because he thought there were no women around.

I think that's what he was referring to, since he referenced the land grant stuff. And it switches into the travel board every time NWA comes up

He brought it up to explain the lopsided series, which doesn't compute in this case.

No school is the same school it was 35 years ago.

That didn't stop TAMU putting in more Pro's than Arkansas did it? No.

Texas A&M always has had an image problem yet it never kept them from pro athletes.

2 Starters on the Arkansas Orange Bowl team in 78' were from Houston. They went on to be all Pro Bowlers in the NFL multiple times over. They said there weren't even the best kids from their high school those kids went to Texas A&M.

Y'all just try to make every excuse in the book for a lack of championship caliber history and a dominated record by Arkansas but carry on.

An example of an all-American lineman, who won two National Titles, blocked for a Heisman Trophy winner, and played in the NFL completely eliminating a school from consideration, for a characteristic uniquely attributed to that University for an extended period of time, does not compute to you?

Are you gay?

Only A&M fans think like this. Also "Aggies never lose, we just run out of time". Ugh.

You are getting really creative at explaining A&M's past failure vs Arkansas. You should just quit.

And given what you have posted about the past, please, don't even try to start explaining your present failure.

Lolz. We have just as many National Titles as you, and more Conference Championships.

Over HALF of your SWC championships came before 1960 in football.

So which is it?

Did you really suck pre-1960 because of the Land Grant Culture, or are we using those championships to brag now?

41-24-3, bitch. Any decade, and any place. ESAD.

But 1975 and onward... We had more than you. Which is my point. You shared the 75 title with us, shared the 79 title with Houston, 88 we were ineligible. So you basically won 1 outright SWC championship since A&M started to be on equal footing. We won 7 from 75. You weren't around for a couple, and we split one with yall.

Super cute.
