I understand that Jones is also hiring Tyrone Nix for his DC, Jeep Hunter for TE coach, and David Reaves for his QC coach.

Just like with your Graham not recruiting anyone his lone season at UT, I feel new coaches recruiting in new areas need a bit of time - at least more than one year - to strike up relationships with high school coaches, and through them prep prospects and their parents.

Coach Sands' true recruiting abilities are already being shown more so for the 2014 cycle, now that he's had a year to settle in and develop relationships...

Robert Gillespie, I'll give him B+ at the time of his hire

Good Coach with ties all over south FL, considered the bread and butter recruiter for WVU. All in all a solid pickup.
