I say we still end up with the higher rated class. Either way, were still in much better shape.

LSU is 6th but if you read the recruiting board you would think we havent landed a single quality commitment yet. And this is a real down year in Louisiana. Lesta better not frick up next year.

No shite.. The bitching and groaning over a 6th ranked class is crazy..

6th is not bad for a down year in state. We're off to a good start for next year. Frank Wilson has earned his pay.

We are expected to add Arie Kouandjio on NSD. Allen may still be a part of this class, but not likely. Shon Coleman could flip, or James Stone may sign. With recruiting, everthing is "insecure".

I agree one or two of those might happen, but the probablities we have on the table are greater than UA..

I'm pretty damn impressed that both Auburn and Alabama are doing as well as they are.

No kidding. CGC has done an amazing job. CNS is no joke.

LOL, Auburn is doing well and there's no point in denying it. If things don't work out perfectly on NSD for us and they finish above us, oh well life will go on, and good for them. A situation like the Keenan Allen one is just a unique situation and there's not anything that can be done about it, if Buffalo just grants Maynard his release to follow Gill to Kansas none of this happens.

I think Auburn probably keeps Coleman (although I think they probably only end up with Jones out of those other three) and we might be done with Arie Kouandjio which would be fine with me, it would give us an in on his brother and he's a high four star anyway. Now if he all of a sudden decides to go elsewhere then maybe the sky is falling.

Congrats on the class aubies!

I wish we could keep Allen, but if he wants to play at Cal, then well wishes. Thank goodness he is not going to another SEC school at least.

Strong class going to Alabama.

White > Allen anyways.

No, Allen is the real deal, and will waste his talent at Cal.

Even though we are rivals, it is pretty cool seeing two schools in Alabama doing so well and at the top in recruiting.

Can't blame the kid for taking a scholly to Berkeley, especially if he gets to play with his brother.

I do. It's a bit disappointing that Alabama was forced to move on because we couldn't offer his brother a scholarship, unlike Cal and Clemson. Had this happened while he was uncommitted, it's one thing, but he had been committed for a few months. I wish him luck, but I'm very disappointed in the process. As I was with JaWuan James.
