Leach or Kiffin will have more wins tho. Probably Kiffin.

Pittman impressed the most.

Drinkwitz gave the best moment in all
of signing day.

Mississippi schools have the big name coaches, so they just kind of met expectations.

What I get from this is Arky had no recruiting class at all, and we all knew Leach doesn't recruit.

118 on the composite when Pittman took over and we ended up at 29th on signing day. Pretty hard to argue that wasn’t an A level recruiting job considering we’re coming off back-to-back 2-10 seasons.

He brought in Costello

Maybe he should've brought in Abbot.

This report card was for new hire coaches only.

Yeah. I was asking what his grade was when he was a new hire.

Leach: C

We already had 20 kids signed and in place 10 of which were enrolled the week we hired Leach. I don't get the reasoning for giving him a C

my guess is that Kiffin will be the best recruiter

I keep asking why people assume this? When in the past was he known for being a great recruiter??? When he was at Tennessee and USC he had Oregeron over his recruiting and was fired from USC. When he was at Bama he didn't have to recruit anybody. At FAU he wasn't known for bringing in surprise recruits there

What gives? I know hes a cool name and is funny on twitter but what exactly makes people thing that hes going to be able to relate and go in to recruits living rooms especially kids in Mississippi in tough socioeconomic situations and be able to sell Ole Miss and himself to MAMA.

Freeze had that IT factor being from Mississippi and being able to relate. Kiffin has lived in LA and Boca I just don't really see that correlating with kids from the Delta, Jackson, the Pine Belt and Hills of Mississippi.

You could use this exact same argument against Leach.

Kiffin is pretty hip. The kids will like him. He himself may not be an ace recruiter but he assembled a staff that will absolutely be able get it done in the living room of recruits.

Nobody is proclaiming Leach to be a great recruiter.
