I was at the game. Dawgie was running, and I mean running off the field with a bit of a limp and the coaches were out to near the numbers telling him to drop.

Because you dumb arse rule #1 about an injury is if you see a player limping/grabbing at a leg or an arm but trying to move on it, you tell him to sit his arse down and let the training staff look at it otherwise he'll make it worse. If a guy tears an ACL he can move on it but if he tries to run thats when his knee gives out. And I don't give a flying frick if any of you Auburn fans thought he might be faking or not. You flat out DO NOT boo a down college player. My dad is an athletic trainer and was just beside himself last night that anyone could do that to someone simply based on the assumption that they may be faking it.

they do this to keep from having to take a time-out...has nothing to do with an intentional stall.

Sometimes teams do this to keep from having to call a timeout if they have the wrong play called or something, but 9 times out of 10 when playing Auburn it is done to slow the tempo so the D can get a breather.

LOL...the player was trying to get off the field and the coaches told him to drop to the field....LOL next

Dumbass, this is standard operating procedure in evaluating injuries. When a player is hurt you don't know the extent of the injury until you evaluate them on the field. You DON'T want them to move and risk further injury until you know what's going on. Such player could have a fractured leg that could rip a main artery if moved improperly.

Auburn isn't the only team in the conference that plays a high-tempo, hurry-up offense at times. Florida did it too and we didn't have any guys dropping like flys on D during that one...

Cal did it a bunch to slow down Oregon last night. I notice it more in the NFL.

It's hard to pass it up when you're calling me an idiot, but you can't even remember something you learned in elementary school.

Do I play on the Auburn football team.. NO!
Do you play on the UGA football team..NO!

If you got a problem with the team go and tell it to the coaching staff, better yet why dont you go tell it to Nick Fairley himself..
