Yeah, a midyear ranking counts on how good a team actually is.
Actually, by those(stupid arse) terms -- this year's MSU team was better than any OM team in the BCS era. You've never been ranked above #13 in the BCS standings -- which was mid-year in your "Return to Glory" year of 2003.
