I don't recall bama fans saying kiffin was a POS during lsu coaching search. Not saying it didn't happen but I don't recall it. If it did happen I believe it was fans trolling fans.
Lane was the best coach lsu could have gotten imo. I would take him at Bama if we had a opening. People question his record and saying he hasn't won anything but cannot name a better coach that was available. I'm not sure of the whole Lane wants the bama job. Maybe from Ole Miss to

Alabama is boring AF. Once Kiffin gets a taste of the Bayou he’s gonna have so much damn fun he’s going to be like frick y’all. Unless he’s going to the NFL. And with this media shite storm and Ole Miss propaganda bullshite coming out all week, he might have to sit tight longer than he ever imagined. So all of y’all‘s bashing might help us out in the long run.

Lot of big money people at Alabama don't want him. But now that Saban is singing his praises that might change the next time Bama is open.
