Oats has had us as a top 4 seed for 4 of the last 5 years and been to at least the Sweet 16 3 of the last 4 with a Final Four, 2 SEC Titles and 2 SEC Tournament titles sprinkled in. He's advanced past the first weekend of the tournament all 3 times his team has been a #4 seed or higher. He wins in the regular season and advances in the tournament with consistent regularity, and he's only 50 years old.
