If the ball beats the runner those umps will call an out even if they beat the tag a lot of times, looked safe tbh.

Umpires strike zone is consistent but being a product of 90s baseball I like a lower zone around the knees.

Maybe your best arm out of the pen, not sure. They'll just see how far he can take em.

A lot of people argue that you should use your closer (presumably your pitcher in the bullpen) as the first guy out of the pen or in the first high stakes situation once you have gone to the pen even if it is in the middle innings. So many times you don't get to use your best pen pitcher if you wait until the ninth.
Of course, hardly any team does this.

Baseball doesn't have replay but you know he was safe. It can't change the outcome but at least grow even the tiniest pair and admit it.
