To be completely objective for you - as in, I'm not involved in either way and kinda mostly rooted for Oregon in both matchups - but really I think Oregon losing to Aubie in the title game a few years back, and then getting obliterated by LSU in Dallas a year later or whatever...program perception wise it just kinda cemented to everyone OK, Ducks are good but the SEC elite is gonna be better. Fair or unfair, that's what cements you at #2 to whoever the top SEC team is that's trotted out. The only way you can undo that perception will be on the field. Perhaps it will happen, perhaps this year. But speaking as part of a fanbase that has endured SEC elitism in our own right up until the past month or so, I can assure you that the only way to erase it is to do something ON THE FIELD and in the meantime you can talk and talk and talk all you want but none of them are gonna listen to you at all.

Its pretty self destructive to a supposed Oregon fans argument to bring up strength of schedule. They would be like 10th or 11th in the SEC in that category.

Oregon is the most overrated program in the NCAA. The FudgePac 12 blows donkey balls. Oregon is the tallest midget and will not likely compete in the BCS National Championship game.

Oregon would not want done what I used to do to jealous ex-girlfriends. Although that's what would probably happen to Oregon if they end-up playing a SEC team again in a BCS game of any kind.
