Yea you'd really clean up getting those damages. 13 shirts sold, profit made 19 bucks...attorney's fees. Great plan.

We tried to use Graphic Cow once. It didn't work out because they apparently run the designs by nationals without notifying you.

There are easily gonna be over 1000 shirts sold FWIW, maybe more. The facebook group is blowing up and spreading like wildfire. There were many versions that got shot down originally because Bama has been protesting it so hard. I just ordered mine today. But in regards to a lawsuit, if that was my likeness you bet your arse I'd be exploring every legal avenue possible to get some money out of it. I kinda feel bad for the kid now, no one deserves that.

um no go bro. You can't sue someone for the "likeliness" of a DRAWING be about you. If it was the exact picture from television then maybe he would have a case. Plus this shirt isn't making profit. Also if you notice the chicks hair in the real picture is all over the place. In the drawing her hair is straight. so its really "not them"

actually over 1500 shirts were ordered, and the order does not close till the 18th. Plus there is no profit being made.
