Debatable. If SC wins tomorrow they'll have a better overall record and we beat our ACC opponents.

Too bad Tennessee played a top 11 team and not a bottom feeder in the Big East... And that's a big IF

No but we beat down the 2nd place ACC team.. not humiliated by the 3rd place ACC team.

I believe we were underdogs in both those ACC games and came away with a win. FYIY Clemson made it to the ACCCG, VT did not.

Like I said, just a bad start. The 2010 UT-SC game will emulate the 2008 UT-SC game.

That you got blown out by UT and you have never even sniffed an SEC championship game?

If UT fans remember that game.. we must be more important than UT fans care to admit.

Well for one, the game is this year. Two, we return a buttload of talent and lose only a couple real playmakers. The game will be in Columbia and the crowd will be rocking. Care to argue why you think UT will win other than "USCe has never won anything and never will blah blah"?

Oh I can answer that one. The same reason they won in 2009. Our players will be too distracted eyeballing all the hostesses on the sidelines as UT violates NCAA rules again.

Spurrier #2?

The dude can't even beat Vandy and Clemson consistently, much less the better teams of the SEC.

UT doesn't lose as much as people are making it out to be...

So was the Alabama crowd and UT lost on a blocked feild goal ... and guess what? UT has one of the top kickers in the country commited if it does in fact come down to that

I think Richt is about 4 or 5 now. Losing in-state recruits to others with regularity, waiting two years too late before firing his DC...who may have singlehandedly cost them any realistic shot at winning the NC last season when they were the preseason #1.

So he should have fired his DC after a #2 season in which the defense was not bad?

That's intelligent.

That's ironic considering your program has been on probation and UT has not...
