UGA’s AD is not a court.
A court does it the right way, and it makes sense for UGA to act in the same manner. This is how normal people think through.

UGAs AD is supposed to protect the university while providing support for its athletes and athletics department. And honestly he’s failing in this.
If he acted like you “selfishly” want them to act by kicking them off for misdemeanors, then we could say he is failing. Parents wouldn’t be able to trust you, which would be your undoing.

You currently have 3-4 that should be kicked or serving multiple game suspensions.
Let’s get those names

You will not even go on record as to when you allegedly attended. So no I don’t believe you did. Unless you are embarrassed by it?

His dismissal was announced in July
So when do you want to believe he was dismissed? And why hold the announcement until July? Does that make any sense to you? Was he on double secret dismissed? Was Kirby playing chess forcing teams to account for a special teamer?

The US court system is intentional set up to let 10 guilty men walk away to avoid punishing an innocent person. 101 US history stuff.
I’m honestly surprised the UGA AD still has a job at this point. Failing the student athletes and non competitive in anything but football and football is is so much turmoil between the 41% graduation rate and the almost 30 off the field incidents the last few years.

You won’t go on record and give us a name of a player that should be kicked off the team and expelled from UGA

It’s designed to judge each case on its own merits and demerits. It’s designed to be as fair as possible. Anything less than fair is failing.
You have dug an hole so deep in this discussion that you are now Arguing for a LACK of fairness. There is no claiming out of that hole.

UGA would be looking at RICO violations in court given the almost 30 incidents at this point. UGA is collective. UGA has the problem, UGA is not addressing the problem. It really is that simple.

Sorry, you aren’t getting a handout. You have to earn it. Quit being so lazy and use the hint.

It could have been months ago. It’s really none of our business, and it makes no difference either way. You are proving my point that you are mad that Kirby doesn’t tell you everything, which is hilarious.

Uga was ranked #1 for 24 straight polls over the course of 2022 and 2023. That’s more than in the history of the vol program. Hilarious.
You would give anything for your team to be that respected.

So a drunk guy breaks into his apartment and refuses to leave… gets punched…. McCullough was suspended and missed games
You must have missed this part. I should have read it to you.
Beyond that, however, he said he had concerns over why McCollough chose to punch the man instead of simply going back inside and locking the door.
You missed this part too?
McCollough said the man never became physical or threatened violence.
As for the games? He missed two and then was reinstated afte felony assault. Imagine. Felony assault = a two game suspension. now wonder Tennessee has such a culture problem.
quote:
UT handling of that case was textbook on how it’s done, despite the player being in the right, he still broke the rules and was correctly punished by sitting out games.
Wait. The player was in the right? Then why did he plea it down to a lesser offense, get fined $22,000 and go to a diversion program? Seems kind of harsh for a person that was in the right.
But...I guess hitting a drunk guy and busting teeth out when he showed no aggression and after leaving the apartment probably seems rather tame to Tennessee fans. Hey...that was the story McCollough gave.

Not for misdemeanors.
A collective must treat its people fairly, just as a court does. Anything less is failure. You would be a failure. No parent would trust a POS that would toss their kid to the curb for driving fast.

Wrong again. We are addressing it. Kirby explained it all in the past. Considering your obsession with the subject, we know you have seen it, so don’t play dumb. He went over it more at media days. You just hate that Kirby is FAIR and won’t let you in on all of the little details that you have no business in knowing.

Wait. You think 20 incidents of speeding is equal to racketeering?
Under RICO, a person who has committed "at least two acts of racketeering activity" drawn from a list of 35 crimes (27 federal crimes and eight state crimes) within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering if such acts are related in one of four specified ways to an "enterprise."[1]
Dude. Get help.

It suddenly occurred to me that you must not know what racketeering is...which is what RICO is based off of.
The list of federal crimes specified in RICO includes bribery, fraud, gambling offenses, money laundering, financial and economic crimes, obstructing justice or a criminal investigation, and murder for hire. At the state level, racketeering can include crimes such as murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matters, and drug crimes, as long as they align with the "generic definition of the state offense referenced at the time RICO was enacted."1
Crazy. I didn't see speeding in any of that definition. Maybe you can point it out? You can go get a big brother or sister to help you if you need to.

There were 41 blue chips from Georgia in the '24 class and UT signed a grand total of one from metro Atlanta.
Cheers!

Is Pearce part of a almost 30 something run of incidents that took multiple lives and had the school go after journalists?
If UGA was dealing with a couple speeding tickets I could understand your point of view. But it’s not jus t a couple of speeding tickets.
