DEpends on criteria .....
Look at last 75 losses, it is Ohio State...
Look at CFN criteria it is Oklahoma ...LINK /
Look at last decade it is Bama ...
So with CFN picking Oklahoma over Bama and others as best alltime m Bama and Ohio St must have had some terrible stretches....

CFN's methodology doesn't factor in National championships. That's an interesting thing to exclude when grading best all time programs. At least with using only final rankings it avoids giving or withholding points for teams entering each season over/underrated
