There aren't many SEC teams with easy peasy schedules this year. I could easily see a two loss team coming out of the SEC next season. The question is will the committee reward the march of death season or feel pressured to bump up a team that lost one game and only played (say) two ranked teams its entire season?
Honestly, if a team like Alabama, or LSU, comes out of the SEC with two losses, given the schedule they are playing, then they deserve to make the playoffs. For that matter so does Arkansas and quite a few other SEC schools but I don't see us making it through the early part of our schedule plus the ending stretch with just a couple of losses.

They seem to be weighting conference championships high, then quality of wins/quality of losses, when did the loss(es) occur, and then accounting for fluff games... Would say it will largely come down to "who" comes out of the SEC and what is the perception at the end of the year... if come December the narrative is still "the SEC is down" (which while seemingly inaccurate following the bowl season, was a very well exhausted point) could very well see four 1 loss teams taken over a 2 loss SEC team unless both losses were exceptionally close to teams that finish ranked in the top 10-15 range.
ETA: Not that I think they would be correct in doing so... at this point, unless the SEC champ has 2+ more losses than the next closest (barring exceptional circumstances), I feel like they've earned their spot, but just my thoughts on how they'd handle it.

Alabama will be an easy game for Tennessee this season. Butch will coach circles around Saban again.

Nonsense, Ole Miss is your hardest game as they have surpassed LSU in football.

Hard to put that on math... it's just straight blind homerism. I'm not sure he can do math at all...
