1. LSU - Nothing like Tiger Stadium & the aura of the LSU experience. Ask any coach, anywhere & they will name LSU #1 in this league. Ask 'em!
2. Alabama - They'll always be 'Bama, always.
3. Tennessee - One has to work OT to screw up this football program. They'll be back in a hurry.
4. Auburn - Always good, always competitive, but this year is a once in a lifetime season for these guys.
5. Florida - From 1-5 it's really a toss-up w/LSU
and 'Bama. Then UT, AU, and UF(T/Gators are gonna fall hard with the onset of Jimbeaux @ FSU & LSU, Auburn,& the Tide just getting better, but still as of today, they are #5).
6. Georgia (somethings gotta give w/Richt)
7. Arkansas(Petrino won't be there by 2012)
8. Mississippi State - Based on the great HS players in the state of Mississippi. Same w/UM.
9. Ole Miss (See #8)
10.USC - Spurrier will be gone in two years and then it's back to 4-8,5-7. etc.
11.Kentucky - Competitive at times
12.Vanderbilt - Liberals cannot play football!
2. Alabama - They'll always be 'Bama, always.
3. Tennessee - One has to work OT to screw up this football program. They'll be back in a hurry.

I agree for the most part. Georgia could make a case for the first tier. Tennessee has the tradition and facilities to be in the first tier, but the recruiting base isn't really there.

Id place Bama ahead of Florida. Bama has tradition and expects to be competing every year.

Your comments about no national title ever again seemed deranged enough, but this?:

That will not leave UT at the top of the SEC east, ever.

isn't lsu something like 14-10 conference record past 3 seasons? hardly what i would call dominating anyone...lucked into what they got this year or would be 12-12

and arkansas is 2-6, 3-5, 6-2 for a whopping 11-13 record your point is what now?

LSU entered the 2010 season with 709 victories, the 12th most in NCAA history, and the 4th most of any SEC team, behind only Alabama (792), Tennessee (783), and Georgia (731). LSU entered the 2010 season with a 0.641 all-time winning percentage, the 14th best in the NCAA, and the 4th best in the SEC, behind only Alabama (0.707), Tennessee (0.692), and Georgia (0.646).

the closest arky done in the SEC is losing the title game by 10...the other times they've been there the lost 30-3 and 34-3...impressive

Times Pic did an article a yr or so ago ranking facilities (I believe it was FL, AL, and LSU for 1 thru 3). Based on that, plus recruiting potential, funds, and fanbase, here's my list:
1.and 2.UF/Alabama (tie)
3. LSU
4. GA
5. Tenn
6. Auburn
7. Ark
8. SC
9. Ole Miss
10. Miss State
11.Kentucky
12. Vandy

1.and 2.UF/Alabama (tie)
3. LSU
4. GA
5. Tenn
6. Auburn
7. Ark
8. SC
9. Ole Miss
10. Miss State
11.Kentucky
12. Vandy

4. Auburn
5. Tennessee
6. Georgia
7. Arkansas
8. South Carolina
9. Ole Miss
10. Kentucky
11. Miss. State
12. Vanderbilt
Given that LSU is the only major in state school gives them a major boost.

I'm ok with the list. I think it goes without saying that the schools can shift 2-3 spots within any given 3 year period in respect to the staffs they have in place.
