Franklin got Vandy 9 wins

Muschamp has only played 2 seasons not enough for me to put him above Franklin

Spurrier has forgotten more football than the other 6 will ever learn.

Muschamp took one of the worst offenses in UF history and turned that into a 11 win regular season when no one was predicting better than 8 wins.

He also did it against one of the toughest schedules in the country, going 4-2 against teams ranked in the top 15.

How many ranked teams has Franklin beat?

1. Spurrier
2. Richt
3. Muschamp
4. Franklin

Everyone else

Agreed. Boom was worthy of SEC coach of the year.

Reminded me a lot of Richt's 02 team.

I'm with y'all, Boom is a good coach. Not perfect yet, thank god, but I'd put him at #3 with Franklin at #4 and that isn't a shot at Franklin. I think he's a damn fine coach and post Richt I'd love to offer him some cash honestly.

You know deep down he still has a special place for us.

He may have been guaranteeing wins over us to fans, but he is doing a masterful job of reversing the trend in our rivalry.

I like how he changed the entire football program as well as the Vandy athletics mindset. I wouldn't mind someone as fiery as him to instill more of a winning culture in athens as opposed to just meeting bottom lines. Surround him with a primo staff and let him bring that monster of a strength coach he has and I think he could definitely win here. You disagree?

I'm just not sold on him. The stuff he's doing seems fake and desperate. If he doesn't continue "winning" will that wear thin with recruits.

When you say we are going to compete for the East or SEC title and never do it eventually falls on deaf ears.

So far the plan is working.

This is the one thing that boom will have to overcome quickly.

The UF bullgators won't tolerate losing many in a row to UG. It hasn't happened is such a long time that it won't be accepted.

I fear that if he loses 4 in a row it will be pink slip time even if he wins like Richt as far as schedule.
