8-4 was the expectation but I figured it would be due to shitty QB play.

Having above average QB play and still looking as bad as we did was quite the eye opener

A) Taurus is a shite firearms company. Better than they were 15 years ago but the revolvers are still TEMU Smith & Wesson’s

B) before the season started starting 1st round CB out for the season, QB dismissed from team, questions about OLine and WRs, unknowns at RB. After game 1 the other starting CB is out for the season. 8-4/9-3 was the expectation. Vols were a missed game winning FG against UGA away from 9-3 regular season.

Previous poster nailed it. Thought 9-3 with worst case 7-5 depending on QB play. If we had played Florida's schedule, probably would've been 6-6 or worse.

QB was the surprise while Defense (specifically the LB's & Safety's) were the letdown. Weak, slow and poor angles. Thought they had enough talent and coaching had made the turn after last year, but Tim Banks is horrible. Worse DC in the SEC by far. Also have the worse strength and conditioning program in the league.

Need to get get some big boys in the middle on DL. Played too many smaller guys and didn't have push up the middle. Need new LB's & Safety's. Pretty much the entire middle of the defense needs new life in the NIL. Got the money but Heupel needed help in the same positions last year and chose to roll with what he had. Let's see if he learned his lesson from that shite show.
