You lost the big prize. Congrats on getting there. Auburn was there a few years ago. It still stings. However, I was able to witness Auburn winning it all just several years before that. I can't imagine not winning a NC in 37 years, getting so sooooo close, and having it ripped away in that fashion. That one will definitely leave a mark.

Yeah, we won one in 1980. Auburn has won one since 1980, too.

To be fair we have been selected as National Champions in 1983, 1992 and 2004. And of course 2010. We only recognize 2010.

Maybe because he was worn out from running the ball 30 times a game? Dude. Why do you think your other RB went out earlier in the year? Gus was running him 30+ a game too. Don't believe me? look it up.

They were fine going into the game. Auburn is soft.
You thought you were major crap when you beat Alabama and they were missing all their LineBackers, but it is an excuse when it happens to Auburn.

Auburn pays a 4 loss a year coach 7 million dollars a year. Let’s talk recruiting, how many 5 stars you guys got in your class this year? I want 247 composite 5 stars.

When a 4 loss team can win the West, then the west is not all that, now is it?
Considering their schedule, 4 losses isn't that bad. 4 games against the top 4 (won 2 of them) and games against the #6, #18, and #19 team. Plus they beat every common opponent worse than UGA did.

We are perfectly happy with playing in the National Championship game, and apparently you guys are perfectly happy playing in the SECCG. At least the way a G5 team beat you it would appear that way.

Taking another trip in thta wayback machine? You must be exhausted from visiting your past so much.

Not at all. We will be back before Auburn is.

Your facts are flawed...it's as if you are a stable genius.

Pett was basically hurt all season...he barely practiced in the summer due to his injury. Tried to play through it early and then was gone.

The D was hurt from playing bama. They are like running into a brick wall over and over again. It was a hard fought victory against a quality opponent, but the victory came at the price of losing to a lesser opponent the next week. 40-17

Agreed. Auburn had a very good team and very good year. Scheduling Clemson the last couple of years is bad luck.

Fine...you can have the recruiting national championship then. It's like getting a title at work instead of a pay raise. Congrats!

Auburn lost to UCF,

That's ok. He came back and rectified that one. 28-7. The smell of a SEC Championship is nice. You'll just have to take my word for it. i'm sure you have forgotten it by now. of course, you can take another trip in your wayback machine and see if you can find it again.

Ohm we took the SEC Championship, too. And the Rose Bowl. But, at least Auburn won the West!

That’s all Auburn had. Auburn sucks. Have fun being married to Gus Nalzahn for years when we own GA recruiting now. You will never get another kid UGA wants.

I'm not sure what you want. Yes, it does suck that we didn't win the NCG. It sucks that we haven't won one in 38 years. I hope they win it at some point soon, but there's no telling what'll happen. What else ya got?

Is the goal to get people as upset as possible about football? It's sports, dude.

And how are we in your house? Or if you don't like that, how are we over the last 10-15 years or so against GT?

That we won the SEC? that is not moral. that is turth. Do you know what a moral victory is?

A moral victory is going around saying you are happy Georgia lost the National Championship while it was your supposes rival that won it...while your team lost their bowl game against a G5 school. THAT is a moral victory.
