Maybe you should look up the word modern.
The only way you could say 1980 isn't the modern era is to start the modern era in 1998 when the BCS started. That wouldn't make sense because the BCS system is outdated and by definition not "modern".

I seriously don’t think about Tech anymore at all. I keep waiting to on Tech to go to a non Power 5 conference. Tech is completely irrelevant. Appalachian State was a tougher game for us than you guys. No troll

Losing in overtime to the team that has played in 6/10 NCG and won 5/10 isn't choking. Choking is losing the game that matters, to a team you already beat, by 21 points.

My takeaway: Auburn fans want Georgia fans to be melting way more than they are. Yeah, the NCG loss sucked, but this was such a fun season.

uga fans forget we have been down this almost winning a title thing more than you...we said similar things in 1983 and 2004. Deep down inside we both know how we feel.
Then 2010 came and Auburn fans really understand what we missed in 1983 and 2004.

UGA finally won the SEC for the first time since 2005. I know you are excited and think you have your big boy britches on. UGA will need to win something of more significance before you can join the likes of the "Championship Elites of the SEC".
