In OP I asked IF Sexton was RESPONSIBLE for the rumors and then used it get a raise. IMO, that is misleading and therefore unethical.

I fully believe that Sexton is behind it and have from the beginning. He's trying to negotiate a bigger contact so he gets a big commission.
He's basically a greedy POS. That's why he's the best and that's why he's got so many clients.

I never said Sexton shouldn't use Texas's interest to get Saban more money, just that Sexton shouldn't fabricate the interest.
