Nothing greater in life than this.

One day we'll get to do that but it probably won't be in my lifetime.

Knowing all you have in life is to live vicariously through strangers who don’t know or care who the frick you are? That’s the life of a Bana fan

Oh, ok. Maybe Alabama is now Georgia-lite, right?

I like a close game but the Texas game was miserable.

1. He's an alter
2. Do what you said and we would be Alabama, New and Improved, not Alabama Lite.

I like exciting games, but not if they're close because of poor play. 2012 SECCG is one of my favorite games ever. 2008 SECCG was great too, even though we lost.

This is the key. Close game against inferior teams are frustrating. Close wins against a really good opponent is very satisfying. Big wins against clearly inferior teams (G5, Vanderbilt, etc) meh. Blowout win against a team considered to be equal or at least very good are satisfying.

The bad thing about going through a huge time like Alabama, and to a much lesser degree Georgia is that it is in the past and every year that passes makes you a bit closer to the end of the streak. You have to enjoy every year as much as possible, because you never know when it could end.

Why are you asking here?

10% of the "Bama fans" here are actual fans. The rest are on the bandwagon. Once Saban's cheating started showing results. They broke their necks to get down to Walmart for a hat and t-shirt.

Now they are all going to claim the have multiple degrees from UA, or that they actually played football there. In reality, they have never seen the inside of BDS.

Birmingham turned from crimson to blue overnight after the Kick 6 game.

I like seeing the 2nd string by halftime.

The nail biters are fine in the playoffs, and (like last year) when we lose to a better team and still have a chance with a minute to play to pull it out it’s ok. The best team should win.
