Banks and Broomfield will both likely be drafted, along with Charles Mitchell. That's three members of the current secondary.
If that happens are you going to tell ms Mullen developed them?

Im hearing that Dee Arrington has really turned some heads this summer and will play a lot at Safety this fall. He is a 6'2" 215lb wrecking ball and will deliver some major hits.
Also we have soph Nikoe Whitley back as well at safety.

no, but his staff did. i can't think of one area on the team that is not better than before Mullen.

An easy way to look at coaches
Mullen Develops players

I'm sure Geoff Collins will take full credit, just like tried to for Alabama's 2008 recruiting class. All the while being just a support staff member.

There aren't any.
In addition to our improvement on the field, season tickets are up, the stadium expansion project is starting, and there is a new practice facility being built. All of which started because of Mullen.

Both played key roles in wins against Florida and Georgia last season.
So are you arguing the point I'm making that Mullen doesn't need 4 stars because he can win with guys like Banks and Broom?

I can't think of one area that is not improved since Pete Boone became AD

Your Mascot Infighting's area has improved tenfold.

And as my boy said earlier, why did we go 0-8 the year before nutt with the same players? Did he developed them? If not, please give me a somewhat intelligent alternative.

Go back and read the original post where Mullen has the Q and A with Marcello.
He said he believes he can win with recruiting classes like they have been. He used beating Michigan who has averaged the 9th best recruiting class as an example.
Do we need 4stars? Sure and year to year we will get a few. However we know we can't sign them at every position so it is our staffs job at getting the best plays who fit our system and then develop them and work on S&C once they get here to turn them into SEC players like Broomfield and Banks have become.

Well explain this, Why did Nutt go 1-7 and also lose to 1AA Jacksonville State at home with his Developed players who were coming off back to back Cotton Bowl wins?

Yep you do.. That and wish he was your coach!

Because of two poor recruiting classes back to back between O and nutt. Similar to what state has done the last two years, which is going to come back to bite them in the arse.

O dear god.

Those classes were only poor due to attrition. How many players has Mullen lost in three years? Two? Three?

Banks and Broom are nothing special talent wise or development wise.
I agree. I wish more state fans understood this
