There is actually a good chance Tennessee will jump teams with better records. Bowls want teams that are enthusiastic to be there and Tennessee fans will definitely be enthusiastic. It has happened many times before.

So, except for basketball and our football coach? Doesn't that apply to basically everybody in the conference. I mean, there isn't exactly a ton of womens softball smack going on around here.

for some strange reason my money is on Pruitt. He's so good he'll have vols bowl eligible before schiano coaches his next game at rutgers

thought I read/heard the other day SEC doesn't have enough bowl eligible teams to fill all the SEC bowl tie ins. TN is definitely getting an invite if that is the case.
