The Grand Marshall, WT21-0 and Wild Thing have very similar posting styles for very similar reasons. WT21-0 seems to be more educated, but for some reason chooses a posting style that makes everyone question his mental aptitude. He is afraid to engage, but I think he'd fare better than he gives himself credit for.

We have different styles, sure. You use a sarcastic/condescending style. I use a more upfront/in your face style. Your style can be ignored. Mine can’t.

This is the opposite of truth. People see your posts and keep scrolling because it's the same boring stuff over, and over, and over. I respond to you because I really believe you can bring some life to this board, even if it's on the opposite end of the fan spectrum.
Instead, you choose to allow your posts to be ignored, because you seemingly go out of your way to avoid engaging in substantive dialogue. It becomes a shite show almost instantaneously, with no semblance of rationality. And people keep scrolling.
