Hmm, well, you bring up a good point for once. Hogville is what it is and can run the way it wants. Posts like yours aren't welcome, that we all know. Now here, you do have free reign for great majority so I guess I have to respect you for being able to say what's on your mind.
Thinking about it for a second I will layoff of you...with a caveat. Just think things through before you post. I know you are stirring on purpose but good grief, if you don't want to represent Arkansas at least represent yourself in a respectable manner.

Additionally, we all know that none of the more tenured Mods/Admins can keep their opinions to themselves. They dictate so much of the content re: Rival schools that no one would care to post. Another big mistake. They haven't figured out that the community more or less can mod itself. Take TD for example...when twaddle is posted by a rival poster about a rival school, others set them straight right away. It takes care of itself. On HV, the M's and A's feel they are the only people smart enough to handle such a monumental task. ;)
So what do I think about it? Lame. Some think it's great to have some TV video on the main page. To me, it's nothing that wouldn't be seen within 45 minutes of posting it on their own TV website. Having it all on HV doesn't serve much of a purpose other than lanny getting face time now and then. It's not for "us".

speaking of Hv, Lanny and the mods; remember they are the ones responsible for running off a winning coach to a division rival. They are the ones that allowed a years worth ridiculous propaganda b/c Malzhan and Mitch were going away (and needed to). Banners, 8,000$ newspaper ads, lawsuits, foi's. What the hell kind of coach other than the snake/NFL bust/"disingenuis drifter" would want to walk into that shitstorm when previous coach was winning? If Petrino proves to be a bust hire and he already has the early look of it, this whole situation is going to give the state even blacker of an eye than it already has and you have Hogville and Lanny to thank.

You give HV way too much credit for thinking they are smart enough to pull off a coup like that. And even if they did, all of the ammunition came from Nutt himself. There is no chicken/egg argument about that.

Did they kick all of the other News TV guys off the site?
Since they have had the new "merger" or "partnership" with the KARK and KNWA I haven't seen Lericos or JLaws or any of the others.
I have to admit though, that I have not looked that hard for them either.
I do not exactly agree about posters being able to police themselves. It is a bit difficult to have a rational conversation on the Tiger Rant. The mods should keep the swearing, the nudie pics, the threats, etc... off the board.
Hogville does do a good job of that.
