I'm not sure if this data exists or not, but does anyone have any numbers of the money earned or lost pertaining specifically to their school's baseball program?
I assume the financial winners are - Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina - maybe State and A&M?

Those four are safe assumptions. I'd add State and maybe Vanderbilt. Possibly Florida or A&M.

Is Florida really profitable? The stadium only holds 6k.

My thought as well. I think A&M holds less than 6K and it seems like they are throwing money at that program.

maybe State
Are you on crack????
State sells over 6,500 season tickets every year and draws over 10K for big weekend series.

in 2010 the average was a 600,000 loss for d 1

I really have no idea if they are, I'm curious. They average about 3,500 actual attendance, but what's the paid attendance?

Good Gosh. OP going to the end of the world to try and "prove" Arkansauce is better than somebody else. Try again tomorrow dood.

I'd guess LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss, State and South Carolina are profitable.

Wow, I had no idea their stadium held so few. I just thought given their fan base and no excuse for bad weather, they'd be profitable. Oh well, something tells me they'll be alright haha.

I'd like to see the school broadcasts figured in as well. 99% of RebelVision subscribers are only in it for baseball.

The way I've heard it over the years, they have the exact opposite issues: their stadium has no cover for shade and the seats are all metal bleachers. In the late spring/early summer, fans stay away from games due to the oppressive sun and heat...

the only 2 teams I found stats on were Michigan state 700,000 loss and Florida 1.1 million loss

A couple of years ago I remember seeing that LSU baseball had a profit of around $2 million.

Yup. You can basically figure the profitable programs from the non-profitable programs by the amount of suites at each team's stadium. LSU has 27. Not sure about the other teams.
