The celebrations have been a part of football and basketball for years now. Fans love it. Kids especially love it.
Baseball needs to evolve or die. I love the game, but many people already see it as a slow snooze fest. Thinks letting them have some fun and show enthusiasm is good for the game.

Looked to be a hell of an atmosphere - as mentioned in another thread - no reason this game should be at 11 ( I guess 12 for y’all) at least the aft game.
Always like how during post season - you watch other super regionals - and non sec parks - you see empty seats - pretty tame crowd- (west Va did have pretty intense environment) - show sec parks - and hell, yall see it - great crowds, great environments -

It was their best game on paper and they sent their best team. Had the least competition at that time slot. Didn't want to go head to head with their best game vs. MLB and Stanley Cup Finals.
IMO, strategic move that if people enjoyed the game they'd watch more super regionals and hopefully have good games. Other than Ole Miss/AU though, that wasn't the case.

True - and very valid point - and a sound biz decision - but that don’t make it right!!!! Obviously I’m a little biased in my viewing pref
