A couple reports coming out saying Arkansas has had face to face meeting with Tubby and they're close to an agreement. tifwiw.

Looks like Pel isn't going to Western Kentucky. I just got a tweet from Pat Forde saying that WKU will keep head coach Ken McDonald.
You have Pat Forde's number?
You should watch the WKU presser, it is weird, the AD spends the first half talking about all the bad in the program then says, "but" 3 years is too soon to fire a coach. Then McDonald is up there apologizing and promising to not let distractions happen again. (He went through a divorce this season or such)

I think so.
BTW: On the Tubby thing, HogAdvocate is saying that Buzz is the only one who responded favorably to the feelers a few weeks ago and we are heading towards hiring a mid major.
Solid Sources.

I'm not sure what source would be in position to know the inner workings of both the TT and arkansas athletic departments so well
