Well how is Petrino going to feel when Bill Self gets hired and gets paid more than him.

Capel sucks dude. He did that damage a couple years ago with someone else's players.

YOu are seeing now what he does with his own recruiting, which is stink up the joint.

Turgeon has proved he is a better coach over a longer period of time. aTm historically is going to max out at just making the NCAAs.

Also, you are the worst fricking flamer on this board.

He's mad because we told him that Arkansas would beat Miss St in football, and then we did. Really he is just obsessed with ol'Dale Denton. He's got hurt feelings.

Must be it then. Can't figure out why a Miss State fan cares so much but whatevs.

But they were so close, had they not fumbled in OT they might have forced another OT.

But alas, had Knile not fumbled no OT would be needed.

Really what pisses them off is their best season in over a decade was still only good enough for 5th in the west...

I keep up with SEC basketball in general. I usually know more about Ole Miss and Alabama basketball than most of their fans.

If I was a Miss St fan I would be keeping a nervous eye on our coach search. It's been their best decade ever in basketball and they have been the top team in the West for most of it but they just don't have the resources that Arkansas has to put in to basketball at the end of the day. If Arkansas makes the right hire, which I'm still not confident in Long to do, they could again be relegated to sitting behind Arkansas and a now resurgent Bama program.

+1

I agree with everything in this thread. I just dont know if Arkansas is willing to try to pump huge bucks into basketball with the success of football over the past couple of years.
