I'm not worried about the class, they can take who is hired or leave. I do not believe is having 17 & 18 year olds telling the program what to do. We'll have to live with this decision longer than they will.

solid reasoning i just don't want the new coach to come in and have to rush to fill up the spots of the kids who don't want to play. I agree they shouldn't be the final word but I think the combination of what the fans want to see and the style the kids want to play should be considered.

I think our fans are terribly unsophisticated at times when it comes to basketball. Sutton was better at Xs and Os than Nolan. When the rules changed in regards to hand checking Nolan's teams struggled. Mike tries to emulate that style to an extent but it isn't as succesful b/c they can't hand check. In addition, Mike doesn't develop the inside game near as well as I'd like. That's also one of my criticisms of Turgeon too.

i'm not the biggest proponent of mike, i think there are other coaches who play just as uptempo and who can X and O better.
