After the crimson tide are thoroughly butt pillaged on Saturday, reality will set in for the gumps. The one small thing that keeps them happy, will evidently be gone. We expect hostile mobs on 4 wheelers, loud trucks with multiple broken components, shattered televisions, and an extreme rise in domestic violence. Consider them armed and dangerous, no sister or cousin is safe.

Yes, and sadly substance use, or emotional suppression are a key part of maladaptive coping. It's not a sound strategy in my humble opinion.
