A lot of people watched.

But Fox sucks for college football. Klack, really?? No scores from around the nation during telecast. Bad camera angles for live action. Just poor production all around

I watched. That was one hell of a game.

How does this translate to other known media metrics?
Statements may look good but without other ways to measure, are they good?

100% ESPN/ABC picks up this game for its primetime slot next year. Ewers will be our starter obviously but ya'll are going to see a lot of Arch Manning on the sideline. ESPN loves their Mannings.

Streaming only which really is a record that should be constantly being broken.

Most streamed….
But what about most total viewer? Don’t steaming numbers while up every year, still lag historic cable viewership numbers?

ABC can’t pick them. It’s at Alabama. it is likely early enough that CBS won’t be playing games yet but they may do an early game like they have in years past to pick this one up.

I’m skeptical about the NFL portion of that

But gtfo with this gripe. ESPN obscures a full fifth of the screen with this bullshite. If you need a score for games you’re not watching use your phone. Getting blasted by Premier League updates during a game is incredibly annoying and B team.

This times a thousand. Which by the way is the number of times I am reminded about WNBA transactions on the ESPN ticker in an average college football game.

Haha. This just makes me irrationally angry.
I know it doesn’t work this way, money being what it is, but the issue is so bad in my opinion that I wish the SEC could get involved and enforce some basic standards on the production package for games played though their contract. Again, that’s a pipe dream and not a concern of the conference, but ESPN has gotten just awful with these distractions.

This. I absolutely loved the clean look of the display yesterday. I wish more would do that.

Scores from around the country means college football and you can actually do it without using any on the screen. Does not have to be a running/rotating line or grid. Just acknowledge that it's football Saturday in America.

This game set Texas back another decade. Their team is actually celebrating playing Bama close and losing. Unbelievable. Let alone the fact Bama played a D- overall game and still won. Texas goes 7-5 again this season. There’s nothing to suggest they are a great team. Bama played like absolute dog shite yesterday.
