Predictions on how his tenure here will go?

Personally, I think it'll be successful. I did not think that at all when Gene Chizik was hired. I expected 3-4 years and then him being fired.

I think Gus will be fine. Maybe not an immediate super star but I expect him to lead Auburn down the right path

He will do well at Auburn. Might take a year or two, but he will do well.

Seems it's pretty unanimous so far that he will do well.

I agree that it'll take some time. A 3-9 team won't turn into an 8-4 team in 1 season, I think.

He will do well- but he has a roster to rebuild- Auburn has some good players but lacks depth.

6-6 in 2013 would be a successful season

Similar to Dan Mullen at State. Will be incredibly hard for him on the recruiting trail with Saban building a dynasty at Bama.

He'll win enough to keep the natives from getting restless, but not enough to unseat UA/LSU @ the top of the West. Just my .02 cents.

On average he'll be 4th - 5th in the West.

6-8 years, he'll bank a huge contract and Arky may call him home after the NFL throws stupid money at Bielema.

I don't think he'll do that great on the field but he'll get credited for cleaning up the Auburn program despite being a dirtbag himself.

Letting Tubby go was a mistake. Yeah, the Tony Franklin Experience was a failure but if Gene Chizik won an NC with that 2010 roster no doubt Tubby would have done it too.

Based on last years result, I don't think we'll have too many problems with recruiting. We obviously won't get as much talent as Alabama, but that doesn't mean we won't be good.
