Richardson was a 5* coming out of high school so that makes him automatically better.

Yep, there's nothing anyone can do about it either.

Davis also didn't have to share carries with a Heisman Trophy winner

Pretty good list there. Just looks weird to not see any LSU or Auburn there. I think we have some players that have all-SEC potential at many positions, but in terms of "preseason" picks I think it's correct. What would be more interesting is the 2nd preseason team. I think there could be some good arguments there.

If Janoris comes back I think he has to be on the list.

Doesn't matter, Davis still leads him in ypc. I won't even argue total yards, and the fact that Davis didn't get many carries until game 5.

Knile Davis can't hold Richardson's jock strap Arguing that Davis is more talented than Richardson is just fricking ridiculous
Not as ridiculous once you put down the crimson logic. From what I've seen, Knile's top end speed is higher. Lateral quickness is about the same but Richardson is so strong that his lateral quickness is more effective because he can break through bad angles and arm tackles easier.
I'm not disagreeing that Richardson is probably better, but saying the arguement is fricking riduclous is fricking ridiculous.

When Knile Davis rips off a run like this, LINK, come talk to me

Davis is good and all, but Richardson is too fast...or is he too furious?

Just to stir the Richardson/Davis pot LINK
Edit: Damnit rebeltider beat me to it

Davis is a beast. Can't go wrong with him, TR or Lattimore.

Danny Woodhead would have broken tackles against that 2009 defense. And i guess that one run makes him better obviously.
Im not saying either is better, but to say Davis can't hold his jockstrap is being a huge homer.

Do you mean when Davis can bump off shite tackles come and talk to you?
That isn't impressive, that was piss poor tackling.

Show me one run that Knile Davis made that is more impressive than that
Oh and BTW, Richardson is 2-0 against Arkansas

there's no reason to be silly just because there's a Richardson/Davis debate going on, it was a hell of a run.

Richardson isn't 2-0 against the Hogs. Bama is. That's a stupid arguement.

I really don't see any reason to think either of them is clearly better than the other. Davis had a better season hands down, but both are awesome. Youtube videos of a single run from over a year ago add nothing to the argument about who should be preseason all-SEC next year.
