We will have an improved offensive line, so I'm not seeing your point.

Typical response from you, wasn't directed at any one team, just saying in general

This is true, but our OL should be better this year. It was kind of pieced together with a true Fr at C and a couple other young guys and mediocre upper classmen last year. Our best lineman, and only draft pick, was a guy who was playing TE in juco two years before.
And having a good FB will do wonders for our run game, and free up Lutz to be a serious weapon whereas he had to play FB a good bit last year.
We ran the ball ok last year, bit our pass protection against the good defenses was just horrible. I don't expect a complete 180 in that regard, but there should be a pretty big improvement.

quote:Well, being that this thread is about Auburn, I think the response fit well. Do you disagree with what I said about Auburn's offensive line improving? We lost AJ Green. There's an instant upgrade now at left tackle.

I do agree with the line improving, it sure could not be worse

Both Grant and Mason will be around 210 pounds by the time the season starts.
Neither is listed there so I suppose you know something since they're both listed much smaller.

fully agree with all of the above. Jovon Robinson is around 6'1 220 pounds, so his body is definitely ready. The mental part might be a bit of an adjustment. Dyer even had trouble with that coming into Auburn.
Ya its usually about blocking with a guy like that. It is always hard to tell.

He's one of the few guys that didn't need a very good one.

They will be updated sometime soon...

Thanks on the update. I'd prefer less bathroom pics but the info was good.

True dat, watched him on the NFL top 10 most elusive backs and he had some sick moves
