I would have posted on Bama board but can't get on there, and good with it. Thoughts on odds they go to Eugene, OR for a replacement.

What's the point in this? Saban is still here and when he does eventually retire, the names will be totally different.
Don't think this thread would even be wanted on the Alabama board.

Saban is always followed by Miles.

I think Cristobol is Saban repacement. That’s who I think it is

He's recruiting nationally at UO; way less pressure; easier conference; big budget and great facilities; and Oregon is way cooler of a state than Alabama. I wouldn't automatically pencil him in

HIs entire coaching career has been in the SE and I doubt he ever wins a natty in O..I doubt an PAC12 team wins a natty soon. LSU, Bama, OSU, UGA,OK and CU are going to be the winners for a while.
So he might want to make a move.
I am personally pulling for Pruitt to be very successful at UT and due to his age would come to Bama on horseback and would have a long career. He would not have to rebuild anything at Bama like he has had to at UT

Bama>>>>Oregon
Alabama is a better job than Oregon from a strictly football standpoint, but Chris Peterson turned down multiple top tier jobs because of his situation at Washington.

I assume Phil Knight will pay the $$$ to keep him.
H3ll, Jeremy Pruitt might turn Bama down.

Bama has more money to pay, better assistants, great facilities, great tradition and ability to win national titles. Oregon cant offer that

I understand that, asshat, as I just said Alabama from strictly a football standpoint is a better job. That doesn't mean Cirstobal wouldn't prefer way less pressure and to not live in a shithole. and it's not like oregon doesn't have elite facilities and plenty of money too.

Bama should start talking to him now.
This could be sabans last year.

Now that is a serious possibility.
I bet Miami wishes they had him now

That’s a possibility.
One thing is for sure, bama sold their soul to Saban......and it was a good investment for sure.

The guy’s actually looking for a real conversation... obviously no room on this board for it. Bama fans suck, water is wet, saban is short, there’s a bama fan beating his wife right now.

Way "colder" of a state us about all!

I would be happy with the hire...His O line's were some of the best at Bama and he can recruit. He seems to be bringing an upgraded line of scrimmage game to the pac 12, and I see them crushing people if he continues that trend..
