I don't want to wish any ill on an athlete but I hope he has just a little bit of a tight hamstring Ole Miss/LSU weekend and they hold him just to be safe. Damn he's been good.

An Ole Miss fan makes a sarcastic comment as a joke and even states in the comment that he's being sarcastic and has 31 downvotes
I asked who Poche was since baseball players aren't household names and instead of getting an actual response like normal people, I have 18 downvotes.
Somebody else points this out and I respond saying "yeah LSU fans are always kind of sensitive but perhaps their woes in football and basketball this year is making them more protective than normal of baseball"
That is what kicked of this current tangent we're on. My responses bring facts and stats while the LSU fans responding to me are bringing emotional replies, name calling, and down voting. But I'm the insecure one? Okay

I came here to find out who the kid was since so little information was offered on page 1 that nobody even mentioned his first name or what team he played for. OP didn't even say what sport he plays. There's barely enough info on all of page 1 to put together a vague Google search to find out who he is.
The criticism was for LSU fans being insecure enough to downvote a fan of another team for having the audacity to not know who one of their baseball players is. It was definitely called for criticism and LSU fans have done nothing but reinforce that in their replies to me
