My thoughts on this have been posted.

I hope no player gets intentionally injured, but I defend the the UGA players protecting their own. Fairley is a POS player.

I still do, but never wished one of their players to get injured.

Not done that once.

Like I said, you don't have to see their reactions. you just go back home and get on with your life. To some it really upsets them and they need to be consoled to the point to where they are willing to keep going. Sam was ready to quit FB.

So unlike MANY of you I have first hand experience in this almost daily.

FWIW, my wife works in Sports Rehab so I get to meet and see some of they great work they do.

But there's a line that Fairley leaped over starting in September.

exactly. nobody on here is wishing injuries against a great student athlete that plays with integrity and is a great representative of his university.

I never have and never will wish injury on a player and I always hate to see guys go down with serious injuries.

However, in the case of a certain someone I'm not even going to try to hide it. If he was laying on the ground with 3 trainers around him I would just think to myself "Thats karma. Too bad."

Playing hard within the rules is one thing and you have to respect it. This guy doesn't show that kind of respect and has displayed what can only be considered an intent to injure other players via cheap, dirty shots if necessary.

You know those people that run out on the field when a player gets injured? Or those that give them therapy daily after injuries?

Yeah, I am one of them.

People in this thread need to shut up.

Let god handle karma. If you wish harm upon a player, you are sinking to Fairley's level.

And it isn't as if he's only been accused of one cheap shot in one game.

There is a clear and definitive pattern that he is out to cause the same harm Memphis is not condoning.

I aint sayin I wish it on him but it wouldnt hurt my feelings a bit if his right big toe touched his right knee cap on the next snap he plays...no pun intended.

I'd agree with you if these players weren't trying to end other players' careers with dirty play.

Now just imagine what it would be like dealing with such an emotional situation knowing the hit that caused the injury was cheap, dirty, after the whistle, and was the goal of the player that did it.

I am aware. You've made it known to basically every poster on here. I've known guys who depended on football to get out of horrible living conditions. I've seen their faces when they've found out they can't play anymore. I've listened to them cry because they know they no longer have a chance to play professionally and will likely go back to living in the ghetto. Now, I probably don't know as many guys as you, but I certainly know some.

So it is okay for fairley injuring people but not to get injured himself?

Said this in the Aaron Murray thread. But my gf who wouldn't harm a fly wanted Fairley hurt because she felt he should taste his own medicine. She doesn't no football very well, moreso just watches it because it's something I enjoy. But as cruel as it sounds, if his intent is to take out players, he needs to realize his knees will continue to turn into bullseyes.
