Show me in the video where he said something. What timestamp does he say something? And what could he have said that was a penalty? It's not illegal to communicate with your OL, RBs, TE's, Receivers.

Seemed to me the refs were saying he clapped too aggressively or something. That makes no sense to me, on the road, gonna have to make some noise.
