New Orleans is exponetially better than Atlanta for the simpe fact that most fans will stay withing walking distance of the Dome/Quarter and NOBODY parties like New Orleans in the food and drink catergory.

Good call on Orlando and Jax, I forgot those when I was making my list.
Another dark horse that I don't think anyone mentioned: Nashville. Might be a bit cold since their stadium is outside, but Nashville is a fun city and I think they are building a lot more hotel rooms with the massive convention center that is under construction.
