Yes,

I'd rather have that than have him wear a Bama chain but play for LSU like JaMarcus.

Yeah, but I don't remember Russell testifying in a capital murder case with a bama chain on

Do you even know why he had to testify? You do realize he saw something. He was not on trial for anything.

Yet to be seen.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Has their ever been a AA receiver at Bama? I can't think of any.

I said he was testifying, not on trial. Yes, he was with the victim earlier and he was questioned about what he saw. Still doesn't change the fact that he was testifying in a capital murder case wearing an Oklahoma hoodie days after his highly publicized recruitment by UAT

He actually wore that before his televised committment. There is a picture afterwards where he raises the hoodie and is laughing b/c he has a Bama shirt on underneath. Either way, doesn't matter. He chose Bama. He's at Bama. Will do very well at Bama, imo. RTR

Serious question- what are the odds this kid pans out and lives up to the expectations of Bama fans and recruiting experts?

Most people seem to think he is the next coming of Randy Moss or something.

More importantly, who is going to be there next year to get the ball to him? I ask seriously, not trying to flame.

Is a Vandy fan with near 70k posts really talking smack about Bama (Or anyone for that matter)?
To answer your question, no I didn't but I do now that it has been posted twice. Still does not change the fact that I don't care if he wears OU underwear, sweaters, hats, chains, shoes etc. He plays for Bama. The end.

i think he will be one of the best recievers we have ever had at BAMA.

I think he will stay 3 years, not 4.

I think Star will get him the ball next year and the year after that.

Also, his vertical is 44".

The odds are pretty good I think. Most recruits touted this highly pan out. I know every fan of another school is going to show me every recruit that never made it but most of the big boys like Tim Tebow, Percy Harvin, Glenn Dorsey, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Vince Young etc do pan out.

Star Jackson is the future, but next year we have a couple of guys that can hopefully get the ball to him.

Scoop, I am not saying this to flame, but this guy reminds me of Lectron Williams. Perhaps he is as great as the hype, but I have a feeling he will be transferring to a Div II team in a year or so.

Well, I suppose if he is as good as advertised, and Patrick Peterson is as good as advertised, we should have some fun watching these to go at it, for the next 3 years.
