You're right. In one situation a person had his charge of felony dropped down to JUST a misdemeanor for a violent act.
The other situation a guy was charged with no crime(up to this point). Forgive me for comparing a criminal to a non-criminal.

you kno wwhat. i just don't care. you make good points and i see where you are coming from, but i just can't make myself care about the issue. i want to win. if that makes me a shitty soulless person fvck it that's what i am.
I have seen my team get routed by avg kentucky teams, i have seen us run through 4 quarterbacks in one game and still lose, i have seen us go the entire game and not pass for more than 30 yards, i have seen us go for it on 4th and 1 in the first quarter on OUR 15 yard line and not get it lol and have the other team score a TD on the next play only to lose by 7 points.... i remember all that shite all too clearly.
I weight that versus my coach making the university look bad, and i would rather look bad and be a good team than look good and get my arse whipped.

People loved HDN first few years, but oh well. I really think if Petrino survives a repeat of last few years of HDN will start back up. I hope it doesn't. I'm just thinking KFSM and Stephens will start up the stupidity.
