With Big 10/SEC/CFB Playoffs TV rights ending around 2030-2032. What prevents NFL from doing this?

4 16 team “conferences” SEC- South Big 10- North ACC- East PAC-16!! -West

Create a 64 team Tier 2 league with remaining teams. You sign with a NFLSL team, you follow their NFLPA Super League guidelines 3 year deal with 1 time transfer allowed 5 Year eligibility Max Hard Cap of $60M Hard Floor of $25M

Bird rights to teams resigning players. Harsh tampering rules. NFL agent certification They use their NFL leverage to maximize each conferences TV value. They buy out existing TV/Conference buyouts to align timeline of 2030 or 2031 They protect their “farm system” Provide CFB with enforceable rules under NFL protection. Part of deal says each school must ear mark X amount to protect non revenue/women’s sports

Uniform scheduling:
12 games with more cross overs.
8 conference games 3 non conference games (one against each other NFLSL conference)
1 Tier 2 non conference game. Conferences get financial security, NFL rules protection while saving non revenue sports and protecting traditions NFL protects its feeder league and develops entirely new income stream with more inventory.

Fans get structure. Players get paid. If Conferences/schools all received more $ while getting rules enforced and protecting non revenue sports, would they be open to idea?
