Regardless of what UT fans say, there were a lot of UGA fans in attendance despite the claims of Texas fans on here. We held up our phones to do Krypton Fanfare despite having no band to actually play the music. It was at least 20% of the stadium.
No way it was at least 20%. Guess we probably had about 10k fans there. Maybe 15k. No idea how you didn't hear the pep band.

. Texas fans are trashy and booed every single time they had a penalty thrown against them.
That's not unique. The throwing of the beer cans was awful though.

Their decibel meter may have gotten over hundred once.
I actually felt like it was pretty loud at certain points in the game (to start, and then after they cut it to 8). But games tend to be the loudest in clutch moments, and going up 23-0 is gonna take basically any crowd out of the game quickly.

And kids dress way differently now in college than they did even 10 years ago. Not exactly a Texas thing.

Man, it's great that you got to attend and experience the wUT game, especially coming away with a win! At 58, it's interesting to see how your views on the younger generation echo what your parents might have said about yours. Just remember, the wUT game experience is unique, but it might not stack up to the SEC level."

Im not sure of your point here? I was there and didn’t see or hear them and neither did my wife? I was surprised to hear there were that many UGA band members. All I remember is them running those silly dance club girls out there every TV timeout to celebrate Olympic swimmers and some other useless Olympic medalists. Not to mention that stupid car salesman coming on the jumbo tron.

I will agree with that. There is nothing remotely good about a man of my age
Looking at an 18 year old girl’s flesh. I have no problem with you young guys going all in on it though.

Maybe adjust the volume on your hearing aid next game? Just a thought…

I guess I find it weird that you’re complaining about it because the cheerleaders make a ton of experiences and I thought the in game experience was far better than what we’ve had in Sanford.
Also, recognizing a bunch of gold medalists seems super normal and we’ve definitely done that at Georgia games before. Hell, we recognized a bunch of PGA Tour players one game.
I think my point is that you’re complaining about a bunch of stuff that seems completely normal.

They could buy you, the entire state of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and have lots left over. Their alums are traditional students are good people

What kind of fans doesTexas have? The first time they start getting whooped they throw trash on the field? Tell me how classy you bunch of babies acted that was so impressive?
To be fair, that's never happened before. Maybe it was because the call was so blatantly shittey. Or, maybe because the younger generation of fans have no class as you say.. That was really strange. Never even seen that even happen in an OU/ Texas game with plenty of hate on both sides...Outside the stadium, a whole lot of crap has happened in the past at the Cotton Bowl, but I don't remember ever seeing fans throwing trash on the field like that..

Shitty take.
And damn near every college game I’ve been to has segments where they recognize a pro athlete, segments where they recognize the volleyball team, stuff like that. Why on earth would this bother you?
