UCLA beat Tennesse and that is that. could they do it again. yep
and the PAC10 is a great conference. you remind me of the wolf that got his tail caught in a trap and lost it. he then went around all the other wolves trying to get them to cut of their tails to insure his perfection. And yes the SEC is a great conference also

Out of curiosity...
Who is the last SEC team to beat a team from the PAC-10? I don't remember.

Arkansas beat a Div. 2 team by 4 points and barely beat Directional Louisiana by 1 point.
Tenn-Chat had a better run defense then lsu did last year but that doesn't mean their better.

SEC vs. PAC 10 records past decade
the Pac-10 is 10-6 this decade aganst the SEC.
USC is 4-0 vs. the SEC, while LSU is 4-0 vs.the Pac-10.
In the other games between the two conferences, the Pac-10 is 6-2.
The Pac-10 is 4-5 @ SEC game sites; SEC teams are 1-6 at Pac-10 sites.
Since 1998, SEC schools are 40-39 in non-conference road games, but in road games against schools from BCS conferences, the SEC is 24-31.

Last 2 games with SEC over the Pac 10: Auburn v. Washington State, 2006. LSU v. Arizona, 2006.

That can't be correct. LSU has an away record of 2 - 0 record v. Arizona and Arizona State.

I should probably specify that I meant away, as my own beloved team throttled Cal in 2006, but that was at Neyland.

I dont think many people think the Pac is weak, most(who are not delusional) regard it as the second best behind the SEC.

big 12 is the second best conference in the country. pac 10 is a distant third.

SWITZERLAND---CALIFORNIA came in 7th in the pac 10 last year, and is not the second best in that conference.

Cal was supposed to be a major player in the Pac-10. They are getting absolutely blown out by a team, that frankly, sucks. Maryland LOST to Middle Tennessee State and BARELY BEAT Deleware. This is a huge blow to the Pac-10.

If they are not weak they are not making a strong arguement for being strong. As we sit right now.
Washington State lost to Baylor
Cal lost to Maryland
Stanford lost to TCU
Oregon is down by 17 to Purdue
UCLA is down by 42 to BYU
Oregon State just grab the lead from Hawaii 14-7
Washington plays Oklahoma tonight.
Arizona plays New Mexico
Arizona St plays UNLV
USC plays Ohio State
CAL, UCLA and Oregon were talked up as strong teams and each is losing or has been beat by lesser opponents. It is up to Arizona State and USC to make the PAC 10 look strong.
