a&m's a rival of Texas. I never said otherwise.

But are they the biggest rival of Texas? Not even remotely close. And truth be told, I don't think any aggie can say with a straight face that they're any team's biggest game of the year.

Do y’all remember when Daniel thought his TAMU email domain was proof that he went to A&M for his undergrad?

Then he found out that his email domain that he got in his post-grad program in AggyLand was the same as the TAMU janitorial department?

Maybe, someday, Daniel will be able to put a picture of himself on his LinkedIn

Lol awww that's cute.

Ask any Arkansas, OU, Texas Tech, Baylor, hell even A&M fans, and they'd think different.

Sorry y'all aren't important But good to see you back after you shamelessly crawfished earlier this week!

You are moving. Get that in your shorthorn head. You are changing conferences, cultures, and rivals, and the SEC schedule in the next few years will give you a quick fix as to who to hate.

You are trying to have football discussions with a bunch of teams that you have not met at their place on a Saturday night. You have no idea what's coming. The one thing you shorthorns continue to do is measure all things based on where you're at now, or your freakin Southwest history that will cease to exist, and not where you will be.

If I were you, I'd worry about Texas Tech. They seem to be the favorite to win your conference. Next year the real education begins.

Texas is not really anyone's biggest game of the year either. The Longhorn fanbase has latched on to the "We are everybody's Superbowl" mantra as a coping mechanism. They can't understand how they have lost multiple times to Tech, Kansas, Iowa State, and basically everyone else in the Big 12.

I let you in on a little secret . . .those teams are just better than you. They prepped like any other game and then went out and beat you (over and over).

Ask OU. Ask Arkansas. Ask Texas Tech. Hell... ask your own fanbase (how do the lyrics of your school song go again?). Weren't your fans throwing horns down at your game against LSU and at your spring game? Way to not let us have the power lol

No way!!! Texas hasn't gone undefeated the last 50 years in a row??!!?! OMG this is brand new information!!!

That makes sense. I mean... how else do explain their winning records over Texas and their vast amount of championships and achievements greater than the longhorns'? Oh wait... you can't

So those teams rush the field against Texas just like every other team they beat?

Lol dude... you are so jealous it's actually adorable ( and slightly sad)

I literally have this poster rage replying in tears on multiple threads about a rivalry that doesn't even include his school.

Something tells me this cat wished he could've been a longhorn but wasn't smart enough. Oh well...

Nothing says "I'm not insecure" like using 2nd grade caliber nicknames

You don't know how odds work, do you?

I'm hardly worried about a team that beats Texas once every 4 years on average. Adorable watching you carry the bucket for your aggies though!

Ignoring the absurdity of you continuing to beat the drum that the game wasn't important despite that game being incredibly important to win the South so that you play for the conference title which gets you into the NC game, you've posted more than once that Texas didn't show up in 2001.

Despite you allegedly being there, you think 1 team didn't show up for a game that was 7-3 at the half and remained 7-3 until 2 minutes left to play when the defensive touchdown made the final score 14-3.

Yes, it was a game where:

Chris Simms went 24-42 for 198 yards, Zero TDS and 4 picks

Their drives were the following:

6 plays - Punt
8 plays - Interception
6 plays - Punt
4 plays - Turnover on Downs
14 play - FIELD GOAL!!!!
6 plays - Punt
3 plays - Punt
3 Plays - Punt
12 Plays - Interception
1 Play - Interception (Roy Williams and Teddy Lehman)
4 Plays - Sacked and TOD

Horrific play from start to finish. Texas did not threaten in the slightest the whole game despite the final score.

I forgot that Chris Simms played the only position on the field. Silly me.
Clearly OU must've won that game by 100 points then, huh?

lol watching you seethe with jealousy while inserting yourself in a rivalry discussion that has nothing to do with your school is hilarious

poor aggie

No one said that moron.

And I am now officially convinced you are a T shirt fan Texas State grad.

Any real Longhorn would remember how pissed off the fanbase was after that game, calling for Major Applewhite and turning on Mack Brown.

By the way, It is amusing to watch fake Longhorns and fake Sooners on this board huddle together. How do people from other schools know so much more about the Red River Shootout compared to your lot? Where are actual alums of these schools?

Real Sooner and Horn grads wouldn't be clinging together, spouting ignorance, and sounding uninformed like the group on this discussion. .

Now, do OU. They showed up right? Built that commanding 7-3 lead. If you’re going to claim UT didn’t show up, seems like you should assert neither team showed up, but either way you made a dumbass statement and keep trying to justify it. You should just stop showing your ignorance.

A&M = stands on its own.

Oklahoma = needs someone to hold its hand.
