Why don't you ask 2022 LSU (y'know, the team that played at Kyle right after the UMass game) or 2024 Mizzou how difficult it is to play in Kyle Field?

Do you seriously believe that Texas won’t be walking into the most hostile environment they’ve ever faced on Nov. 30?

Has there ever been a non-hostile trip for us to Kyle field? Can’t think of one in my lifetime. That’s one thing I missed about this game…regardless of the team records it was ALWAYS a fight.

LSU... beat A&M... by two scores in 2023?

Earlier on this very thread that you said Missouri was overrated. So now they're some daunting team that couldn't handle big scary Kyle Field?

You know Texas won in Tuscaloosa last year and in the biggest stadium in America earlier this season, right? I am sincerely puzzled as to how they're supposed to be intimidated by a place that Bowling Green had no problem going up and down the field in

I’m hyped about the LSU Ole Miss bc their fans actually literally fight fight at the pregame, stadium, and post game. I was gonna post the video of the frats fighting in the stands, but it’s age blocked.

My bad - I meant 2022 LSU.

I said Mizzou was overrated, not that they were a bad football team.

As for BG going up and down the field...they scored on two explosive plays, which A&M has improved at preventing. And lots of teams are moving the ball against us, but are they putting it in the end zone?

Transitive what?

Maybe learn the English language before trying to accuse someone else of being foolish

Do you think the Texas players are as arrogantly overconfident as the Texas fan base? I hope so...

Personally, I don't want the championship games to go away because I don't want one more Saturday out of the year without college football.
Our secondary had confusion/personnel issues that no longer exist, and Dylan Gabriel late game heroics...who bloU allowed to slip away to Oregon because Jackson Arnold (now benched) was the second coming of (insert past great QB) and the future of their team.

So to sum up: just like last year's game had nothing to do with the 49-0 drubbing we
gave them the year before, it also doesn't apply to this year's game either.

Quinn may be a bit rusty after 3 weeks off, but Sark hasn't ruled out pulling him for Arch who can also run the entire playbook and is certainly capable of winning the game.

The best part of that entire video breakdown was Lehman mancrushing on Texas fans in the endzone. Not one, not two...but 3 dudes when there were plenty of women around them.

When they get blown out on Saturday, the calls for Vern to be fired are gonna be hilarious.

Total Offense
Texas - #7
OU - #121

Total Defense
Texas - #3
OU - #42

I think OU’s defense is better than their ranking, but with the offensive production this year it’s not looking good for the dirt burglars this year.

Yeah the offense sucks.

The ranking on defense is far off the mark imho..I think they play closer to a top 10 nationally ranked defense. They’re pretty nasty.

They haven't faced anything close to the offensive firepower we have, and that's even with a depleted RB room.

They may be the best defense we've played so far, but Michigan has a pretty good D that we simply overwhelmed.

The only fear I have about this game is a rusty Quinn and Sark waiting too long to pull him for Arch if that's the case. Of course that's probably an unfounded fear since Quinn has an extensive injury history and has always come back strong.

This is pretty much where I’m at. Two years ago he started the RRSO after coming back from an injury and he handled it fine.

As much as I am excited for Arch I trust Quinn more in this situation. Arch has shown some amazing skills but I think he still needs more game management work.
