No Flame. Looking for good conversation. What do Ole Miss fans expect this weekend? How do you all think you matchup to LSU? Where are you advantages, where are your disadvantages?

I havent watched much of yall this year so I am just wondering how you all feel about this game.

We are going to have to find a way to slow down the run game and give Kelly time to throw. I expect a 4 quarter hard fought battle by both teams. LSU has a good advantage with the late kickoff, but Ole Miss has to be focused in this one. Ole Miss will need to score first to try and quiet the crowd. If LSU gets an early lead Ole MIiss better saddle up for the loudest crowd they've heard all year. It's going to be a good game and I'm ready to get out there Saturday and have a good time!

I like the match up as long as Ole Miss cannot find the running game.

If Adams is allowed to ball hawk, the defense should have a hell of night

I hope you are right. We will see if Aranda's defense is up to the challenge. Ole Miss has many weapons. I love this series. Both teams will play hard.

I honestly have no idea what to expect. I wish I did. I do know we can't drop so many passes again. No reason to think we will. It would be nice to see us run the ball a little and our defense (such as it is) can't afford to spend the vast majority of the game on the field. Basically all just football basics, I suppose.

I'm flying down for the game. I expect it to turnout just like it did in 2014 when I went last time. Tiger Stadium will be rowdy, our team will lack poise when it matters, and a Hugh Freeze team will succumb to another team who comes out with more emotion than his team.

Coach O gets carried off the field and LSU rushes the field.

LSU will run it down Ole Miss' throats and make them say "no mas". Ole Miss WRs will have a tough time creating separation. LSU 34-17

Chad has got to get it together this week. He looked awful Saturday. He was throwing off of his back foot when he didn't have to and he threw the ball into an open area of grass multiple times. I don't know if Mia Khalifa or the high school kid was on his mind, but he has got to get his sh!t together this week.

Honestly, I expect Ole Miss defensively to challenge Etling to throw the ball downfield. I imagine 7-8 in the box will be the norm starting out. Ole Miss linebackers have to play more consistently, or Fournette and Guice will gash us numerous times.

We'll need a big game out of Haynes, DJ Jones, and Gross. We'll need those guys to generate pressure and cause a few turnovers.

For the people that thought Kelly didn't play particularly well Saturday, he didn't play up to his capability, but he had a lot of uncharacteristic drops by our receivers.

Freeze is known for getting his teams back up. For instance, heartbreaker in 2013 versus Johnny Football then the next week upsets LSU. Loses 30-0 to Arkansas in 2014, then beats Dak in the Egg Bowl when they were top 5. Last year loses on the 4th&25 Arkansas play then beats LSU and State to end the year.

His teams don't lay down. But, this is going to be a tough environment.

My early money is on LSU, but I expect it to be very competitive.

I don't think he will have time to drop back and throw it down field.

My hope is that LSU runs some shotgun sets with both Leonard (if he is indeed back) and Guice next to Etling; with Chark/Dural/Dupre at WR.

And from that run slants to the WRs, and swing Guice and Leo out to the flats.

That is a lot of firepower to have to deal with.

Is Kelly at full strength? I know he took a good hit towards the end of the Arkansas game.

I don't think that hit was as bad as it looked. the ball flying out added drama to it.

It was a big hit but He is probably fine

Late late game in Tiger Stadium against the arch rival.

I expect another tough hard hitting game. This game is usually fun. Both teams are desperate to get back into the fight for a decent bowl and the loser of this game will be booking tickets to a Liberty type of bowl while the winner can start looking forward to a Citrus or better type of bowl.

Geaux to Hell Ole Miss
